集點辦法 | Point Collection

以下為您整理的住宿集點辦法與注意事項，歡迎多加利用。

Below are the terms and conditions for our loyalty program.

集點方式 | How to Earn Points

1. 住宿一晚可獲得 1 點，第二晚 2 點，以此類推。
   Earn 1 point for the first night, 2 points for the second, and so on.
2. 兩人同住一房：不論人數多寡，每房每晚僅能集 1 點。
   If two or more guests share the same room, only one point per night will be awarded.

集點資格 | Eligibility

1. 僅限與飯店簽訂之商務A/B/C合約專案。
   Guests under a corporate contract A/B/C with the hotel.
2. 團體不適用。
   Not applicable for groups.

兌換獎項 | Rewards

累積點數即可兌換多項好禮，獎項內容如下：

Accumulate points to redeem multiple rewards.

1. 5 點：奧朵爾烘焙坊抵用券 $50 x 4 張。
   5 Points: NT$50×4 Ardour Bakery Vouchers.
   (消費滿 $100 可使用 1 張，滿 $200 可使用 2 張，以此類推。)
   (Redeem NT$50 off per voucher with every NT$100 spent. E.g., spend NT$200 to use 2 vouchers.)
2. 10 點：7-11 禮券 $500。
   10 Points: NT$500 7-11 Gift Voucher.
3. 20 點：積木套房升等券。
   20 Points: Room Upgrade Voucher to Brick Suite.

注意事項 | Important Notices

1. 集點時機：發票開立或結帳完後方可集點，恕不接受提前集點。
   Point Collection Time: Points may only be collected after the invoice is issued or payment is completed. Early collection is not permitted.
2. 主動告知：飯店首次發放集點卡時，有義務告知住客相關規範和權益；日後之集點需由住客自行主動告知，飯店不另行提醒。
   Guest's Responsibility: The hotel is responsible for informing guests of the loyalty card terms when first issued. Guests must request point collection for future stays—the hotel will not provide further reminders.
3. 補登期限：為防爭議，集點請於退房前處理完成，離館後恕不接受事後補登。
   Retroactive Collection: To avoid disputes, points must be collected before check-out. No retroactive point collection will be accepted after departure.
4. 集點卡規範：集點卡限本人使用，遺失恕不補發，請自行妥善保管；不同住客之集點卡不可合併使用。
   Loyalty Card Rules: Each loyalty card is for individual use only and will not be reissued if lost. Please keep it safe. Cards from different guests cannot be combined.
5. 點數期限：點數有效期限為發出後一年內，逾期將視為作廢，不得要求飯店另外延期使用。
   Point Expiration: Each point is valid for one year from the date of issuance. Expired points will be voided and cannot be extended.
6. 升等券使用：若要使用升等券請事先電話訂房並告知券號，平、旺、假日皆可使用(不適用農曆春節期間，相關日期可參考飯店官網行事曆)。升等券僅作為升等使用，不含其他附加內容。
   Upgrade Voucher: To redeem an Upgrade Voucher, please reserve by phone in advance and provide the voucher number. The voucher is valid on weekdays, weekends, and holidays (excluding Chinese New Year, refer to the hotel's calendar online for specific dates). The upgrade voucher only covers the room upgrade and does not include any additional services.
7. **最終解釋權**：飯店保有最終修改或變更之權利，如有未盡事宜，悉依本公司相關規定或解釋辦理。
   **Final Interpretation**: The hotel reserves the right to modify or interpret these terms. Any matters not specified herein shall follow the hotel's applicable policies and interpretations.
